The Prestige Fernvale Payment Plan shows the base price and installment structure, including GST, for the apartments. The price of the grand apartments starts at Rs. 1.38 Crore onwards for a 2 BHK flat. The township features a 4-year installment plan starting from 25th Dec, 2025.

The Prestige Fernvale Payment Plan follows a simple and buyer-friendly 20:20:60 structure, which includes the following:

  • Pay 20% of the total cost within 90 days of the booking date.
  • Pay 20% of the total amount during the construction stage of the project.
  • Pay 60% of the total price at the time of property possession.

This payment structure helps buyers plan their budget clearly and understand the exact amounts they need to pay.

Note: The base price does not include registration charges and stamp duty fees.

The payment has to be made in 5 years in 10 installments starting from the booking till possession. The launch of the venture is scheduled for 25th December 2025. The possession will start from January 31st, 2029. In these 4 years, buyers can pay in installments for their booked apartment.

What Is a Payment Plan?

A payment plan is a systematically framed financial document that shows the amounts that have to be paid till possession. It comprises the base amount, installment charges, and GST.

Here is the payment plan of Prestige Fernvale, Bangalore:

Buyers are required to pay 10% of the total home price at the time of booking the apartment. During the official agreement signing, a payment of 20% of the total amount must be made. Once the foundation work begins, buyers are responsible for paying 10% of the total amount.

  • At the completion of the Ground Floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount is due.
  • At the completion of the 2nd-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.
  • At the completion of the 4th-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.
  • At the completion of the 6th-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.
  • At the completion of the 8th-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.
  • At the completion of the 10th-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.
  • At the completion of the 12th-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.
  • At the completion of the 14th-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.
  • At the completion of the 16th-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.
  • At the completion of the 18th-floor roof slab, 5% of the total amount must be paid.

After the flooring work for the unit is finished, buyers must pay 5% of the total amount. Finally, the remaining 5% of the total amount is to be paid at the time of the project handover.

In the final payment, a 2% GST is also to be paid by customers in all installment stages to take possession.

The township uses a construction-linked plan. This means buyers have to pay a set part of the total cost at different stages, starting from the building work until possession.

To confirm the booking of the unit, 10% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking.

Yes, buyers can pay when specific parts of the building are finished. This includes digging, the foundation, the floors, or the plumbing. This ensures you only pay as the work actually moves forward.

The last 5% of the total cost is paid at the very end, when the home is completely ready.
