Prestige Group's upcoming project:

Prestige Fernvale at The Prestige City Bangalore is a new apartment project by Prestige Group on Sarjapur Road in East Bengaluru. The project spreads across 25 acres inside the large township and keeps more than 80% of the area for open green spaces. It includes 1,119 homes in towers rising to 19 floors, with 2 BHK units of about 1,250 sq ft and 3 BHK units of about 1,550 sq ft. The project has RERA approval, and its pre-launch started in April 2025. Prices begin at around ₹79 Lakhs for 2 BHK and ₹89 Lakhs for 3 BHK, with possession planned for May 2029. As of June 2025, EOI bookings are open, and early work has already started at the site.
